Aram Jaberi
Clinical Psychologist
I am Aram Jaberi, a clinical psychologist with a Master’s degree from the Tehran Institute of Psychiatry (Iran University of Medical Sciences). I currently live in the Netherlands, and I practice psychoanalytic psychotherapy for Persian speakers worldwide. Also, I study, write, and translate psychoanalytic works into Persian.
My therapeutic approach is analytic, and I draw inspiration from the ideas of Wilfred Bion and the object relations theorists.
Psychoanalysis is an attempt to understand the unseen roots of pain and repetition. Through a continuous and reflective dialogue, one learns to listen to oneself, find meaning, and open new ways of being.
I work with adults who experience relational challenges, anxiety, depression, obsessive–compulsive symptoms, psychosomatic and autoimmune conditions, as well as challenges related to migration, identity reconstruction, and belonging.
